All custom and ready-made art pieces require a 50% advance payment at the time of order.

Orders will not be confirmed or processed without the advance.

The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery or upon dispatch confirmation.

As all artworks are handmade, production may take 7–14 working days, depending on size and complexity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide and international delivery.

Shipping charges vary based on location and will be communicated before dispatch.

Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared.
5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is damaged during shipping.

Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artworks, and content displayed are the property of Brush and Hue.
