📦 Shipping Options

1. Nationwide Delivery (Within Pakistan):

Available to all major cities and towns.
Orders typically delivered within 4–7 working days after dispatch.
Shipping charges are based on order size and delivery location and will be communicated at the time of dispatch.

2. International Delivery:

We ship worldwide! 🌍
Delivery timelines vary depending on country and courier. Usually, 7–14 business days after dispatch.
International shipping rates apply and will be confirmed upon order finalization.

🎨 Processing & Dispatch Time

Since each artwork is handmade, please allow 7–14 working days for processing and creation.
Once your order is ready, we will confirm shipping and provide a tracking number.

🚚 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.
You can track your parcel using the courier’s official website or through us.

❗Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather
- Customs (for international)
- Courier-related issues
Brush and Hue is not liable for courier delays, but we’ll fully assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

🛡️ Damaged or Lost Packages

In case of damage during shipping, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.
